Each bauble is individually wrapped and secured in a padded box to prevent movement during transit. Because the ornaments are hand-blown glass, we use protective cushioning to minimize the risk of breakage in shipping.

Contact us with a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We recommend inspecting the parcel on delivery and reporting any breakage promptly.

Wipe them gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the hand-painted decoration. Store them wrapped individually in a padded box to protect the paint and prevent scratches between seasons.

They are hand-blown and hand-painted in a Polish glass works, so each piece is unique with slight natural variations. Unlike mass-produced ornaments, small differences in shape, color, or detail are a normal sign of genuine handcraft.
