Each ornament is packed in protective materials designed for fragile glass to survive transport safely. We ship as handmade glassware, so packaging prioritizes cushioning and secure fixing inside the box.

Each configured ornament is individually hand-made and hand-painted in our Polish glassworks, so it is unique rather than machine-stamped. This means slight differences between pieces are expected and reflect genuine craftsmanship.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the paint. Store carefully in a padded box to protect the delicate glass and painted surface.
