Delivery methods

Orders from the Bolglass shop are dispatched from our manufactory in Gniezno, Poland. You can choose:

• Personal pickup — Bolglass, ul. Witkowska 78, 62-200 Gniezno; orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.
• InPost parcel locker 24/7 — collect your parcel at any time of day.
• InPost courier — delivery straight to your door.
• DPD / DHL courier — fast delivery to your address.
• International shipping — courier delivery across Europe.

Processing time

Preparing an order usually takes 1–3 working days. Personalised baubles — engraved, with a name or custom artwork — may need extra time, which is stated on the product page.

Delivery within Poland takes 1–5 working days from dispatch; shipping to other European countries takes 3–10 working days.

Delivery costs

The cost depends on the chosen method and destination country — you will see the exact amount in the cart before paying. Personal pickup in Gniezno is free.

Payment methods

You can pay with fast online payments: payment card, BLIK or Przelewy24 bank transfer (processed by Stripe), as well as PayU.

All transactions are encrypted. We never store your card details — they are handled solely by certified payment providers.

Safe packaging

Every bauble is hand-blown glass, so orders are packed in reinforced boxes with cushioning that protects against shocks. If your parcel still arrives damaged, use the simple procedure described on the Returns and Complaints page.
