Terms of Service bolglass.pl

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The bolglass.pl website (hereinafter: "Service") is operated by: PROFICHEM24.PL MAGDALENA STELMASZYK NIP: 7842515599, REGON: 381749524. Registered office: ul. Witkowska 82A, 62-200 Gniezno (hereinafter: "Operator" or "Seller").
The Bolglass Bauble Manufactory (production site, warehouse, and workshop location) is located at: ul. Witkowska 78, 62-200 Gniezno.
These Terms set out the rules for using the Service, including:
Purchasing ready-made glass products.
Personalizing products using the 3D configurator.
Booking dates for workshops and visiting the Manufactory.
Using the Loyalty Program.
II. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The Service provides Users with free services:
Browsing the product catalog, photo galleries, and video materials.
Maintaining a User Account (login via Email, Magic Link, Apple Login).
Interactive 3D Configurator for bauble personalization.
Online booking system with a time slot calendar.
Contact form and Newsletter.
III. SALES AND SPECIAL PERSONALIZATION RULES
The sales contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the Seller.
Personalized Products (3D Configurator): Due to the unique nature of baubles made to special order (e.g., with a name, dedication, specific pattern), the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Standard Products: In the case of ready-made (prefabricated) goods, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
IV. WORKSHOPS AND VISITING (RESERVATION SYSTEM)
Booking a date for workshops or visiting the Bolglass Manufactory is done by selecting an available slot in the Service's calendar.
The condition for guaranteeing the date is full payment during the online booking process.
Right of Withdrawal (Ticket Refunds): According to Art. 38 point 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply to the Customer in the case of services related to cultural, entertainment, or leisure events if the contract specifies a specific day for providing the service (booking for a specific date).
Organized Groups: Educational institutions and companies may benefit from dedicated booking conditions. Details regarding the cancellation of group bookings are specified individually or in a dedicated section of the price list.
V. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
Payments: The Service supports electronic payments upfront in full. The payment operator is Stripe, supporting BLIK, Przelewy24, and payment cards, among others.
Delivery: Products are shipped via InPost (Parcel Lockers), DPD, or DHL. Delivery costs are calculated dynamically in the cart.
Free personal collection of physical orders is available at the Manufactory: ul. Witkowska 78, 62-200 Gniezno.
VI. LOYALTY PROGRAM
Registered users collect points for every PLN spent on products and bookings in the bolglass.pl Service.
Collected points can be exchanged for discount codes or rewards in accordance with the rules described in the User panel.
VII. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY
The personal data administrator is PROFICHEM24.PL.
The Service uses an SSL certificate to protect transmitted data.
Consent management is handled via the Google Consent Mode v2 system.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms are available in PL, EN, and DE versions. In the event of a dispute, the Polish version shall prevail.
In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law and the provisions of the Polish Civil Code apply.
