Bolglass Loyalty Program Terms
Effective Date: May 2026
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the Bolglass Loyalty Program (hereinafter: "Program") is: PROFICHEM24.PL MAGDALENA STELMASZYK, NIP: 7842515599, REGON: 381749524, with its registered office in Gniezno (62-200), ul. Witkowska 82A, Poland.
The Program aims to reward regular Customers using the online store and the workshop booking system at bolglass.pl.
The Program is based on collecting points for activities on the Website and exchanging them for rewards and privileges.
§2. JOINING THE PROGRAM
A Participant of the Program may be any natural person making purchases or bookings on the Website.
Identification: The Participant is identified based on a unique e-mail address.
Consent: Joining the Program takes place by checking the appropriate consent during account registration or placing an order.
Availability: The Program covers both registered Customers and persons purchasing as a "Guest", provided they use the same e-mail address in subsequent transactions.
§3. POINT CALCULATION RULES
Points are calculated automatically after paying for the order or booking.
Point conversion (default):
Store purchases: 1 PLN = 1 pt | 1 EUR = 4 pts.
Manufactory Tour: 30 pts for each paid booking.
Workshops: 75 pts for each paid booking.
Organized groups: 10 pts for each person covered by the group booking.
Points are awarded based on the gross value of products/services, excluding delivery costs.
§4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS
The system automatically assigns loyalty tiers to the User after exceeding specific point thresholds accumulated in the account history.
Each tier may have assigned privileges, such as a point multiplier (bonusPercent) or Free Delivery (freeShipping).
Information about the current tier, tier name, and associated bonuses is visible in the customer panel.
§5. VALIDITY AND EXPIRATION OF POINTS
Points are valid for a period of 730 days (2 years) from the date they are awarded for a given transaction.
After this period, unused points from a given transaction are automatically deducted from the Participant's balance.
§6. REWARDS CATALOG AND EXCHANGING POINTS
Points can be exchanged for rewards upon reaching the minimum threshold specified in the panel.
Available types of rewards: Discount codes, products for points, free delivery, or physical rewards (according to the current catalog).
A discount code generated from the Program cannot be combined with other promotions and discount codes, unless the regulations of a specific action state otherwise.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
§7. RETURNS AND POINT ADJUSTMENTS
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, return of goods, or cancellation of a booking, the points awarded for that transaction are automatically deducted from the Participant's account.
If the Participant used the points for a reward and then returned the goods for which the points were awarded, the Organizer may suspend the benefits resulting from the membership tiers until the balance is replenished.
The Administrator has the right to manually adjust the balance in case of system errors.
§8. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms, of which the Participants will be informed 14 days in advance by e-mail.
In matters not covered, the provisions of the Store Regulations and the Civil Code apply.
